I started this painting around 2016/2017 and it never quite made it past a preliminary stage.  I think I was also low on storage space at the time so I hung it on a wall to get it out of the studio.  The kids, very young at the time, liked it immediately.  There was a shape in the middle, that very much looked like a cow's head and for a long time we joked about it being "the cow painting." When I started working on it again, they asked "is it still going to look like a cow?" To which I mirthfully responded "it's definitely not a cow painting."
